I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to you and all the Ovation Team for putting together an amazing trip. Everyone who attended the trip really enjoyed themselves and we’ve had great feedback. Thanks to your amazing organisational skills both Natasha and I were able to enjoy the trip rather than worry about what we were doing and what was happening next. Madrid is an amazing city and I can’t wait to visit again.The passion they have for their work and the attention to detail really makes the difference. Our entire group was fascinated, they will never forget Argentina!

I want to send you and your team my big big THANK YOU for supporting us so well with this huge event. This event was a great success and the perfect handling of the ground services was one important criteria why participants were really happy and satisfied. I appreciate very much that you were not only taking care of transfers and restaurant reservations, but were so cautious on all aspects, e.g. to organize on your own the cloakroom in the CCIB which originally has not been your assigned task….. this showed me your identification wit the meeting and with your job - I am really impressed by your dedication and your service and customer orientation.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your hard work on behalf of the team this week. I know it isn’t finished yet and we still have tomorrow to go but so far it has been great.
